It keeps us fresh and thinking and moving ahead. With this in mind, a few things about this site have changed – for the better I think – I hope you will too.
I've added a new section titled Stories and Articles. It’s a trip down memory lane where you’ll begin to see stories I’ve worked on over the years. I’ll also let you know about recently published stories and give you a heads up when a new story is about to publish.
Also, getting in touch with me is easier than ever. We’ve added a Contact page with a button at the top of every page (and a link in the footer, too!) so you can send me a message or inquiry at any time.
On the home front, spring is starting poke it’s head up from the leaf-mulched gardens. While I am anxious to go dig, I must remember it’s only March and the Pacific Northwest is notorious for dragging it’s feet into summer. I’m not about to wait much longer, so getting something green and growing will be at the top of my to-do lists very soon.
On the rare days when the sun shines, I am appalled at the sight of dust flying about, the swinging cobwebs and the muddy, dried water droplets on the black kitchen cabinetry thanks in great part to my beast of a dog Monty (good thing he’s cute)! So some serious spring cleaning will begin ASAP! While I clean, I organize and re-arrange. Who knows where things may end up.
Finally, a couple of years ago I began to think about what I call our Five Year Plan. When our daughter graduates from college, we’re thinking about making a change. I long for a quieter, rural life, closer to my roots. It’s high time I begin to take it seriously so I plan to start purging, organizing and soul searching.
I hope you’ll check in often to see my progress, In the meantime, I’d love to hear about your plans too. Please send me an email and let me know what you're up to.
